I am reminded of a story - It's of a prisoner shaking the prison bars, desperately trying to get out, but the prison door is open, with no bars, and all he has to do is to walk out but still he feels stuck, unable to get out. That's most of us -trapped in our emotional cells. Past 2 years of the pandemic, most of the days I felt stuck, not simply in the jail cells of my mind but also as a phase of a large, collective feeling of being trapped. But I am trying to reinforce my appreciation for the community by connecting with all of you. Come, talk to me, and hopefully, we can see the open spaces and locate a way out of this, embracing gratitude, collectively. Let's connect.
