I lost my only grandparent who I was very close to, went through a terrible breakup, and lost a loved one to covid, all within a span of 2 years. As a result, my mental and emotional health got deteriorated and I isolated myself. I have tackled loneliness, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and depression. Apart from that, I did not choose a mainstream career. Hence, I was followed by a lot of self-doubts, existential crises, and questions about the future. Today, I am in a relatively better place. I am navigating through life and learning how to enjoy my solitude, developing healthier habits and better coping mechanisms, and trusting the process. I'm now a listener hoping to help people.
