At the age of 12, I got harassed by my cousin who used to be my favorite one. My parents are of a traditional mindset which stopped me from telling them anything. There is everybody around you but you still can't express your feelings and emotions, this feeling of loneliness is suffocating. As I started talking to people, I got to know that I can stand up for myself & I can speak up when it is needed. Eventually, I started helping out others who are suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression & mental health problems.
