When I broke up with my boyfriend, who also happened to be my colleague, I experienced terrible anxiety & mental instability. He even started seeing someone else in the office after our breakup. I went into negative thoughts of self-doubt & self-hatred. I was in a terrible state, & I had to drag myself to work every day. I was barely coping with the pressures of work & the emotional anguish brought on by this incident.
