I have been working for over 7 years now. I had been a very under-confident girl since childhood. It was mostly because of family issues. I grew up seeing my parents fight all the time. None of the family members have ever been supportive towards me & my mother. Early in my life, I realized that it was I who has to step up for my mother & be responsible enough to take care of the family. It took some time to get hold of myself, to face challenges in everyday life, and to deal with different types of people.
