Loneliness is the phase where a person is the most vulnerable self of his/her own. The same thing happened with one of my close friends after he broke up in his 7 years of relationship. He used to tell me all the problems that he was facing during that time and I always used to console him and tried to give him different reasons to see life from new perspectives. There are a few things that we all need to know is that you should not try to forget someone who was once a beautiful part of your life rather you should learn to walk away in a smooth manner.
