As a teenager, I struggled with depression and anxiety. I was unsure of who I was and had self-esteem issues. As an adult, post the delivery of my baby girl, I struggled with postpartum depression. During those times, I really wished I had someone I could talk to openly about the struggles I was facing. Through my experiences, I have understood the importance of having someone who you can talk to without the fear of being judged.
