I have been through various highs and lows in almost every aspect. I have been betrayed in a relationship, dealt with extreme parental pressure, ended up feeling lifeless and lonely which resulted in anxiety at times. This whole process was a journey that was not easy but eventually, I reclaimed my self-worth and learned to accept it in the way it was rather than what it could have been. I have learned not only from my experiences but from the experiences of people around me and have been a support for my close ones most of the time as I know the importance of being heard.
