I always used to be a topper in my 10 the board. But things changed for me when I went to college. My best friend backstabbed me, and after her betrayal, I was devastated. I even lost focus on my studies. As a result, I was not able to crack my NEET exams and failed to take admission to MBBS. I was depressed and even lost weight. My family got worried about me.
