I grew up seeing my parents fight a lot which made me insecure and neglected. After which, I started seeking love and attention from romantic relationships, they somehow always ended up with the wrong kind of people who would cheat, manipulate, and even were emotionally unavailable. These made things difficult for me. This started taking a mental toll on me. I was diagnosed with major depression, anxiety and also eating disorders.
