I've been suffering from depression and anxiety due to a dysfunctional family and career failure. I come from a family of three where I saw my parents fight regularly and my mom was depressed and suicidal for a very long time. It had a major impact on me as a kid and when I entered my teens and the pressure for studies increased I got into depression for 2 years. This has drastically affected my personal and professional life as I have made some really poor decisions in my career. I have entered a dying profession and was working long hours for an abusive boss. I'm here to connect with people who are facing the same issues as me & help them to overcome the trauma.
