From a very young age, I have seen my parents cheating on each other, I have been manipulated by my parents. My idea of a relationship had become extremely traumatic. I felt betrayed by my parent & I couldn't believe in any person. Later, I fell in love with a person and I noticed similar patterns happening from his side just like how it happened with my parents. I was trying but nothing was working. I knew all the traumas that my parent had caused was now being reflected in my relationship. I started sharing my thoughts with friends which helped me a lot.
