At different points in my life, I have faced the problem of being highly sensitive towards criticism, which further developed into having low self-respect, trust issues, and fear of commitment in relationships. It slowly disabled me to take up leadership duties in academics as well as at work. I have come a long way from what I was 5-6 years ago. I am now optimistic about any situation that comes my way because I have learned how to understand and control my reactions and thoughts towards others but most importantly myself.
