feeling and emotions are an important part of a human, they can control a person's actions as well as very big decisions one can take, controlling and understanding one's feeling is 50% controlling their own body and directing what to do next. feeling can vary from emotional wellness, to grief, to loving someone, to hating someone, all these feeling are present in a person, it just depends on the person how efficient they are at controlling their feeling.
