To avoid such conditions, you should let your emotions flow and get help If needed that’s why you need someone you can talk with and share what is bothering you because not only it helps you in getting things off of your shoulder but it also creates a sense of belongingness for you, you can share with anyone, family member, a close friend, most importantly your partner as they are there to support you through thick and thin.

There is no specific time when you should speak to a person who understands your feeling, you should talk to them whenever you feel like it, or whenever you are not able to hold everything inside you, it's good to get things off of your shoulder which is bothering you so much as fast as you can because they are only going to increase pressure for you which might affect your mental health and make you stress over small little things.

But if you are busy and don’t have enough time to meet that person daily, try keeping a fixed time like meeting them on weekends or once a month as no matter what they're an integral part of your life, not only you will get your emotions out but also the bond between you too will increase which might help you to get a friend you need in your worst time, though they already are if they understand all your emotions, it's always a good thing if you have that one friend or a family member on whom you can rely on blindly.

There will come some moments when you will be devastated by certain emotions and you might feel if you don’t let this out now it might get you down or push you into a depression kind of situation, that moment is the point where you meet them instantly without wasting any time if they are bust try meeting them as soon as possible, but don’t let these emotions take the better of you, as it might create some situations you might regret a considerable amount of future, after meeting them tell them everything you are going through, don’t keep anything from them as they understand you and your feeling and might know the course of action.

Even though all this is necessary to have a person who understands your feeling but try getting a little independent slowly as you can't expect someone to stay there for you for your whole life, understand and try to overcome some feeling and emotions by yourself and then also if you find it necessary to communicate then you should.
